• Modifications and Interruption to Service

Member further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

• Notification of Claimed Copyright Infringement

• Unlimited Wash Club Membership

  When you become an "Unlimited" Wash Club Member, you can wash your car every day. The Freedom of Unlimited Car Washes!

  1. Terms
     1. Automatic monthly renewal plans will be automatically charged to member's credit/debit card on the same date of the month as plan activation.
     2. FAST Pass Membership tag cannot be placed in tinted areas of windshield. FAST Pass Membership tag cannot be transferred to any other vehicle.
     3. FAST Pass Membership tag must be permanently affixed to registered vehicle by one of our employees. FAST Pass Membership tag cannot be taped, glued or simply kept with the vehicle.
     4. If the FAST Pass Membership tag is tampered with or the Unlimited Plan is used in anyway inconsistent with its terms and conditions, membership will be immediately terminated without refund.
     5. Replacement FAST Pass Membership tag: Member can notify Nemo's Express Car Wash that registered vehicles FAST Pass Membership tag needs to be replaced, (i.e. the sale of the vehicle or windshield replacement). FAST Pass Membership number will be deactivated and a new number will be issued. Contact Nemo’s Express Car Wash by going to www.nemosexpresscarwashegypt.com or visiting Inside ChillOut Police Academy, New Cairo.
     6. To upgrade your wash type, customer pays the difference between the Unlimited Plan wash type and the upgraded request.
     7. To change your unlimited plan, customer may visit www.nemosexpresscarwashegypt.com and complete the change/cancel current plan form or contact Nemo's Express Car Wash directly at 01102343777. Change is effective at the beginning of the member's next billing cycle. Please allow at least five business days before your billing date to make any changes.
     8. To Cancel: Member may cancel via the website at www.nemosexpresscarwashegypt.com or notify Nemo's Express Car Wash in writing at Inside ChillOut Police Academy, New Cairo. Member must provide license plate and RFID number at the time of notification. Please allow at least ten business days before your billing date to effect cancellation. Member may continue to use Unlimited Plan until the last day of the current billing cycle. No full or partial refunds are available regardless of how often the membership was utilized. Cancellation is complete when member has received an email notification from Nemo's Express Car Wash.
     9. In the event Nemo's Express Car Wash is not able to charge a member's credit/debit card due to an expired card or change of information, the members plan will be deactivated on the first day after his or her billing date.
     10. Plan reactivation is available simply by going on line to www.nemosexpresscarwashegypt.com, visiting Nemo's Express Car Wash at Inside ChillOut Police Academy, New Cairo., or by calling 01102343777. Restrictions apply to commercial vehicles. Dealerships, taxi cabs, livery vehicles, funeral homes, fleets and police vehicles. There is an additional charge each month for these vehicles.
     11. Vehicles must conform to Nemo's Express Car Wash dimension standards.
     12. Nemo's Express Car Wash reserves the right to close for inclement weather, for maintenance/replacement of equipment, or circumstances beyond our control. Unlimited members are not entitled to any refunds or credits.
     13. At this time, plan is not valid at Nemo's Express Car Wash self service or touch-less wash locations.
     14. By entering the Unlimited Program the member authorizes Nemo's Express Car Wash to charge the credit/debit card on file on the renewal day of each month. They authorize the financial institution to accept and to debit entries indicated by Nemo’s Express Car Wash to their account. In the event that Nemo's Express Car Wash erroneously debits/credits fund to the account, the member authorizes Nemo's Express Car Wash to debit/credit the account for an amount not to exceed the original amount of the erroneous debit/credit. The authorization is to remain in effect until Nemo's Express Car Wash has received notification of termination in such a manner as to afford Nemo's Express Car Wash and the financial institution a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
     15. Selected monthly plan allows for daily wash of vehicle for specified wash during normal business hours, weather permitting. Activation is monthly. Terms, conditions and plan pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel your unlimited membership at anytime without refund. Price is subject to change at anytime without notice.

     1. What is the Unlimited Wash Club?

        Our Unlimited Car Wash Club is a membership service that pays for itself in just over 2 washes per month! It gives members the opportunity to wash their car or truck once daily for an entire month! An incredible value and great way to protect your investment in your vehicle.

     2. How often may I wash my vehicle in a month?

        You can wash your vehicle once every day that our facilities are open.

     3. How much does it cost to join?

     4. Are there long term contracts when I join?

        Absolutely not! You can cancel any time. There are no long term contracts or cancellation fees.

     5. Does the Unlimited Wash Club charge my credit or debit card on a monthly basis?

        Yes. Your credit card will be billed monthly on the anniversary of your membership to ensure there is no lapse of service..

     6. Do each of the vehicles I own need its own membership?

        Yes. Each vehicle enrolled in our unlimited car wash club receives a unique QR code.

     7. What if need to transfer my plan to another vehicle?

        If you would like to transfer your Unlimited Car Wash Club plan to another vehicle, please visit us at our office so that we can apply a new RFID tag to the new vehicle you are transferring to.

     8. How do I cancel my Unlimited Wash Club Membership?

        Please visit us at our car wash or call us at 01102343777 in order to cancel your Unlimited Wash Club Membership.

  
  

• Other Terms

  If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent. You agree that this Terms of Use Agreement and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by www.nemosexpresscarwashegypt.com, in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition. This Terms of Use Agreement shall apply in addition to, and shall not be superseded by, any other written agreement between us in relation to your participation as a Member. Member agrees that by accepting this Terms of Use Agreement, Member is consenting to the use and disclosure of their personally identifiable information and other practices described in our Privacy Policy Statement.
